By accessing or using Cloudy, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software or associated services.
Upon purchase, users receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Cloudy. Each license is HWID-locked. Redistribution, resale, or modification of Cloudy without written consent is strictly prohibited.
Users may not reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper with, or attempt to bypass security measures within Cloudy. Any attempt to do so will result in permanent license termination.
Users must ensure that their use of Cloudy is legal and ethical. We are not responsible for how Cloudy is used, including any consequences arising from misuse, negligence, or violations of third-party terms.
Cloudy is updated regularly for security and compatibility. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify features, and to suspend or terminate software access at our discretion and without prior notice.
All purchases are final. Refunds are not available except in cases of proven, irreversible technical failure directly caused by our software and not related to user misconfiguration or hardware incompatibility.
Cloudy may collect non-personal diagnostic information (e.g. hardware hashes, error logs) to improve performance and security. We do not collect personal files or identifiable user data.
Licenses may be suspended or revoked without refund in the event of suspicious activity, abuse, or violation of these terms. Repeated offenses may lead to permanent blacklisting.
Cloudy is designed to reduce detection risk, but we do not guarantee unbanning or protection from all anti-cheats. Results may vary depending on external factors and user behavior.
All intellectual property related to Cloudy, including code, branding, and visuals, remains the sole property of NVM. Unauthorized use of our brand or assets is strictly forbidden.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users are encouraged to review them periodically.
Cloudy and its developers shall not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the software, including data loss, hardware failure, or bans.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cloudy operates. Any disputes shall be handled in that jurisdiction's courts.
